Need help on lower billet grille

Anyone know how to, if possible, install a black billet lower grille behind the bumper, on a 03/04 cobra bumper? I want it to go behind the bumper, and not cover the front of it at all.

I want it directly behind the two white pieces. I've seen it done somewhere before
