Trunk interior

I have put off my fiberglass subwoofer and amp/cap project for a while now and I'm picking it back up.

What I'm doing is fiberglassing molds to the sides on my trunk, so the subwoofer is on one side and the rest on the other.

My problem is I don't know how the side interior stays in place. I know the back piece (closest to the bumper) has to two nut screws but that's it. Is there any other screws or pins I'm not seeing?

One of my sides has a clip sort of thing as if it latches on the back of the seats but it doesn't seem right to me.

Would the 94 me the same as a 2003 on the interior of the trunk? If so...

There are plastic nut like things all over. Some of them are upside down so you have to look up at the top of the trunk to see them. There are metal clips that dig into the fabric and hold to the metal at the rear seats.

Your best bet is to get in there, start looking and start tugging. Find where the resistance is coming from and investigate.

Yes, I believe you're correct on those years. I replaced the interior from 94 to 00 but don't remember if I did the same with the trunk. It's been a while.

I know there's a wing nut that holds one end down and there's another bolt for the top of the piece (near the mach 460 box area).

There isn't any other place for screw, etc. so I plan on making some.

Thanks man.
