mach 1 shaker hood

wasup guys i have a chance to get a mach 1 shaker hood without the whole intake setup. i was thinking of just bolting a scoop to it without the intaker system. i really like the way the mach hood looks and would love to have it on my car. any ideas????

really no other way to do it than with a shaker that doesn't involve fiberglass work. i did see one that had the hole filled in with plexiglass that looked pretty cool (think zr1) but it would look like garbage with a 2v under it.
