spraying pony black

so I figured I'd give the dupli-color a shot on the grill emblem. taking the pony out is easy as can be, just curious how you remove it from the other piece. there's 4 pins that go through to the back side, with small circular washers keeping it in place. how do you get those jokers off?

If your spraying it black, why don't you spray the hole bracket

Yea just spray the whole bracket and pony black. Should just be 2 screws. I believe Phillips. I painted mine black I like it better.

I can do that, was just wondering if anybody knew. I've never seen that type of washer on the back or whatever it is.
