just got mine from AM yesterday, installed today. there is a huge gap under the backside of the cowl, any idea how likely i am to get bugs, leaves, rain and snow down there? my car sits outside. didn't know it would be like this when i bought it. not complaining but i don't care for that. also i'm going to have to adjust my latch a whole lot over to make it work correctly, as it was from where i had it, she wont latch all the way, but i expected that.

overall, fiberglass work looks great, no cracks, AM shipped it quickly and it arrived in great shape. can't wait to get it painted but i may be going with black bombed for now.

That's weird. When u wash it is the water gonna run off the windshield and into the engine bay? You can probably make some sort of screen out of some wire mesh. My cerivinis has a different back side:


The kaenen will prolly extract heat better tho.

IMO that's how it should have been, not with a large gap. i think it's sort of ridiculous.
