Bumper knowledge anyone

I have a 2000 v6 shooter, I put the Cervinis Stalker body kit. But I just previously cracked the front bumper just about 9 inches long about 45 degree angle from left to right. If anybody has an idea what will work. To heal her up for me. I'm all ears I don't know about body workings quite yet./

The kit is polyurethane. Thats why ask the question. I've heard urethane can be easy and complete pain.
