super interioir detail :D


I was bored and thought it would be cool to paint the SRS Mustang on the dash....heres the pics...its a little sketchy but not too bad for a dude with an extremely unsteady hand also last pic is new one of motor..added a few accents..lemme know what you guys think!

i really like that. you've got balls to paint it, thats for sure. looks great.

that compartment where the stock CD player used to be...did you custom make that holder?

thanks man! believe i was scared haha ..screw it! cant learn if you dont try....and as for the holder it was in the car when i got it...then i put a new bezel in and the car i got it out of had it too so i got two cubbys...so idk where they come from haha

the red is all stock...i added black accents to it to even it out...was a lil too much red for me hahha...outside of my car matches the in so i think its kinda an original color scheme ha

hey
what kind of paint did u use
i have a 94 gt
and i have the black as the primary
and grey for the lower parts
so for your red i have grey
do u kno what kind of paint would be alright 2 use 2 make it match my other black
also what process do u use
i dont want 2 screw my interior up cuz it is clean as hell

i stole your idea with that compartment.
i took everything out of the CD player & have it to hold things.
im going to make a removable faceplate for it with a emblem on the outside

i just got the finest tipped brush i could find..then just got some basic acrylic paint..used model paint on mine.. and took my time..i jacked up a couple spots but i have brushed on the clear yet so im pretty sure i can fix it...my gf has the black and grey like you and she did and hers looks damn good..she has a steady girl hand so go figure haha

haha rock on...i saw a pic awhile back of a guy who had the compartment enclosed and had a pony cut out of it and then glassed over and had a little neon behind it...it looked pretty sick..

lol if ANY part of my car was pink id prolly start going at it with a razor blade. lmao whats funny is Im actually painting some calipers pink...lmao NOT MINE its for my chick friend. lol she has a yellow 07 pontiac G5 GT coupe. yeah i know a yellow car with pink calipers but hey its what she wants. lol she liked how i painted mine white n she just wants em now. lol
