Emblems VS Sleeper

Emblems VS Sleeper...

I would be curious to know... I guess its a poll if someone can set it up.

Would you prefer to state on your vehicle what you are packing so most folks stand down and you dont have to run...you know what they say, Its cooler to have the power and feel its not worth the effort to race....or.... would you rather be a sleeper and be challenged everyday? I feel sleeper would be more fun. Like I mentioned in a earlier thread- it is lonely at the top. Most people are on me until They hear the supercharger scream then they smile , wave and move on. When I had my 2001 and 2003 GT I had volkswagon bugs that wanted a shot at me.

Does anyone have this emblem or would anyone consider it if they were SCharged. I think this would be hot on a silver red or black car.

i like the sleeper effect. my wife and I were on our way back from seeing some friend this past saturday and a guy rolled up next to me in a POS Eagle Talon and wanted to race. I just looked at him, smiled and shook my head no.

EZKILL is hilarius ...I bet it works too, like a drop of blood in a tank of sharks.

I can hear the driver of the car you just blew the doors off of talking to his passenger- "Didn't those plates say it was an easy kill?"..."I don't know for sure what it said, he blew by us so damn fast."

The sleeper thing would be cool on a GT.

But there is no mistaking a terminator :|

i know i don't understand why people hype up their cars though ya know?? why get a cobra bumper on a GT or six if its not as fast as one??

terminator might be do able... get a GT bumper and rear end and get a runnin pony on the fender ... and leave the hood to an untrained eye you got a beast

whats the difference?? you could but the runnin ponies on the side and take of the GT badge... thats it... so many people put the GT fog lights on ... and a ton have the GT rear bumpers with duals... you can get away with it easy... you can even switch them out easy too... or so im told

Same reason as all the other posts in this thread..
Being a sleeper. If someone thinks they can smoke your v6, and you have 8 cylinders under your hood, it's a pleasant surprise.

But no one really gives v6s the time of day if you are a v8. Thats just lame if you are a GT/Mach/Cobra ect. and try and race a v6.

you might wanna bite your tongue buddy ... i know some people with sixers that will... pretty much kick a GT's ass... ... the sixer section of this very site has a few kids who are building machines that are amazing... and if you ever have time venture over to 3.8mustangs.com ... might find that they are bolting cobra super chargers on the stangs... cheap and fast...

don't put down a mustang... especially when you don't know what its capable of

i vote against sleeper. if i had a cobra or a gt i would wanna show it off to make people backdown in fear when i rev at a light or on the road. i would like to keep my racing to just the track as much as possible you know?
