you would have to change out the slight rails but they should fit.

If they will fit in the car worst case senario you will have to fab custom mounts.

man those are fucken nice seats. I think you should go for it.

I'm not sure you'd have to necessarily fab up some custom mounts, I would think that you'd be able to get some from mercedes-benz if need be.
