Some good uses for acetone

The spots above my exhaust tips on the rear fascia were black from the exhaust gases ,and it wouldnt wipe off with soap n water. So I tried a rag and acetone with a little rubbing ,and it came right off.

You can also use acetone to clean you exhaust pipe to shine them up.

And of course ,cleaning your block deck.

Bugs and sap = PITA .

One day they are gonna paint cars with a coating that will resist all that so you can just wipe it off. Im sure they have somethin like that, prolly expensive though.

mythbusters busted the acetone myth that it increases gas mileage. I wonder who the moron was that put that in their tank? That would make me a bit nervous messin up sensors and whatnot.
