use a sharpie....or mask off around your car and paint it flat black like I might do......they are a pain in the ass to just take off....so i would just do it on the car....i did use a sharpie on them and u hardly notice its on the car....my car its true blue so its pretty dark as is...looks like it just has a black tint on it

why dont you want side reflectors? it helps make the car visible at night from the side - keeps you from getting t-boned.

either way, they pop off like everything else on the mustang. just use a flathead screwdriver and go to town

The are a pain to take off, because when I replaced my bumper to a GT bumper, they have those freaking weird screws on the back, and it is almost like I have to take off my bumper again, which that is not going to happen at all.

I thought about the clear ones, but I am not sure.

And good point with the night reflecting, something to think about.

where else does your car reflect from the side except the front headlight sidemarkers and rear reflectors?

kind of gives dimension to you at night

they make tint spray ... that might work ... ya know what you use to smoke headlights ... or you could actually get some tint but i don't know how well that would work

you can buy a spray paint from vht called nite shades. just spray it over your markers once or twice and itll be smoked/blacked out. or you can just have them tinted. either way works but the spray is probly easier and cheaper

buy THIS. $25 shipped and easy as hell to put on. and if you do not like it, you can take it off, unlike a tint spray.

or just take the time to remove a few screws so you can move you bumper out a bit and then take the reflector off and tint them with 10 dollar tint like i did...works fine

they have that vinyl that doesnt appear to be reflective in the day but does at night. Its a gray color.

I wonder if its illegal to remove them since its a safety thing. It would be cheaper for Ford to leave them off it it wasnt law right? Its not like people are buying a car because "reflectors are standard".
