i got hit and they ran!! How much do You usally pay for something like that???? there is a like foot and a half long scratch with 2 dents in my wheel well

How much do I usually pay... well... I'd at least break their jaw and take one digit from the right hand. As far as paying to get the damage repaired, its hard to tell since you got a custom job.
will your insurance pick some of it up?

if you find out who did it, break their legs.
its prolly gonna cost a fair sum of cash, depending on how deep the scratch is, and how good of a toutch up job you want. I would check with you local body shop.
