mustangs havent changed much over the years but the 05+ have small differences that make interchanging pieces nearly impossible. it wouldn't work.. without A LOT of custom fabing and it would be unsatisfying as your interior is rounded off and the 05+ steering wheel is large and blocky in comparison.
***EDIT*** not to mention your airbag. |

well i dont run an airbag anyway because i drift in lexington and lousiville and i just like the look of the 05+ wheel despite ur opinion wut kind of fab would it requiren im interedted and determined like change whole steering colum or repalce hub or wut

good luck with this, if you actually find instructions or do it and succeed, post what you got... i had this same idea with my 2000 and even posted it on this board a while back, but didnt get a lot of optimistic replies, lol...

IMO if you're going to go through all the trouble of putting a new wheel on and you don't care about the airbag, you should go for something nicer looking.
![]() or ![]() There are zillions of after market wheels made to fit your car that don't look half bad for under 100 dollars. |
