Water Spots On Glass

When i purchased my mustang it had a lot of water spots on the glass i've tried to use wax a couple of times to get them off but i couldn't get it to work i called a couple of shops and they said get new glass does anybody have any suggestions on getting the spots off of my glass

elbow grease and a rubbing comound. it will take the spots right out. then use only invisible glass to clean from then on.

turtle wax rubbing compound

You can talk to a company that cleans windows on the sky scrappers in that little thing they hang out over the edge in. I saw them using some kind of compound and a buffer to get them off and it looks brand new when they're done!!

on my caprice, when i had already color-sanded the car i was high-speed buffing the scratches out with 3M buffing compound... it worked damn good too! stop by a local body shop & see what they can do!

I talked to the window cleaners here and they said they use a compound called Duraclean, it works damn good and they said you should be able to get it at The Home Depot or Lowes!!!

Hey I know this is an older post but I had the same problem those dang waterspots...

I tried everything and like you went around asking everyone...nothing worked...

THEN I went to this rinky dink parts store (the kind that have OLD parts and don't appear to ever sell anything)..anyway I got this stuff called:

DURAGLOSS 755 Nu-Glass PART NO-755...

comes in a white tall bottle with blue cap...

Thats from the site but you might be able to find it locally..

MAN this stuff you wipe on with a cloth and then wipe it right back off...DONE!!

It worked like a charm and my windows had spots BAD!!..

NOW if only I could find something this easy to get the HAZE of MY HEADLIGHTS!!! #$@$% geez..tried everything there..
