good thing the fox body wasn't only made 87 and 93...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Mustang

1983–1986

The 3.8 L Essex V6 replaced the 3.3 L I6, as the 3.3 L engine had little demand and was dropped after 1982. Ford added a convertible to the Mustang line in 1983 in response to the 1982 Chrysler convertibles. In 1983, the Mustang GT received a 4-barrel carburetor and a new intake manifold, bringing power to 175 hp (130 kW). The rare SVO Mustang appeared for 1984, with a far more powerful and refined 2.3 L turbocharged inline-4.

1987-1993 The V6 option was discontinued while the 2.3 L four-cylinder gained fuel injection, leaving only the 2.3 L four cylinder and the 302 in³ V8.

Now ... in 1987 the fox body received its first major redesign in 8 years... and is the body that you posses... but that doesn't mean that the 79-86 weren't fox bodies... far from it as they used the same platform which lasted the full 15 years of the 3rd generation only to be surpassed by the fox 4 frame also known as the sn-95 mustangs, which shared an amazing amount of similarities...

its okay if you say "woah didn't know that thanks omz" ill forgive ya
