Dual Halo Projector Headlights with LEDs

OK so stupid question for someone out there to answer

I bought the Dual Halo Projector Headlights with LEDs off eBay and let me tell you they look freaking awesome. Anyway after hours of reading different posts i decided to seal them with RTV.

OK ... so my question is how in the world can you replace the high beam buld now that you have completely sealed your lights shut?

Thanks

not sure how you would change them but
WHERE did you find the dual halo's? I see tons of single halo's out there but would rather have 2 seems they are easy to get for 99 up but 98's have only one as far as I've seen anyhow

FIRST COMPLETLY COVER LENS WITH TAPE AND PLASTIC TO PROTECT

you are to reseal the casing-where the front clear plastic meets the black back housing. You must use marine grade epoxy. The part where you change the bulbs you just use a little outdoor water proof silicone (that area is fine and this way lights can be changed easily). you must completely remove the rubber stripping off of the top of the lights and replace when you are done with double sided tape. dont worry the non OEM lights rubber strip is originally put on with double sided tape cut in small strips. the reason you must do this is that top groove under the stripping is the place that will leak the most. that is where the water channels.
