Side Skirts


The 2005+ v6's come with black matte side skirts, if i were to duplicolor them to screaming yellow, what all would i need to do to them first?

they do??

if your going to paint something you have to follow the steps... strip, sand, if body work needs to be done this is the time... then paint... if you did a bad job... with runs and shit... sand with a very fine grit... and paint again... do as many coats as you are comfortable with... then buff and polish

um i would go with some sand-able primer sand repeate paint thin layers. and if you want a shine you will need to clear coat

yes they do, my friends 06 has them. there just like black plastic, looks like shit IMO, im glad this guy is painting them.
