Steering Wheel

well my steering wheel has some electric tape covering the ripped seams where the airbag was deployed... i have looked all over for that center piece of the wheel but all im finding is the wheel itself. i dont have the money for the airbag but is it possible to get the center piece without the airbag? and if so WHERE?!?!?! its a 2000 v6 btw
