Help, rock chips!

I just bought a Black 2002 GT and it has rock chips all over the hood and front bumper. Here are some pics, any ideas on what I can do?

man that looks like my hood. only thing i can think of is get it repainted and if you got it repainted you might as well could go with a custom paint on there.

What looks like water there is where I tried to touch up the bigger places (yes, I suck at it.) All the little places that look like dirt is what I'm talking about. The car was just washed in that picture. Plus, by running my hand over it, I can feel indentations there, so I know it's not dirt. I also need to know if there's anything I can do to smooth out that touch up paint.

Yeah, I was afraid so...

There are a few scratches and chips on other places on the car too, but nothing near as bad as the hood. Would it be better to get the whole car painted or just the bumper and hood?

Also, what should I look out for when trying to find someone to paint it?

Def get those parts painted. If there are scratches I would say you may as well do the whole thing. Rust develops in scratches easily, so if you don't get the whole car painted, you want to get the scratches fixed up.

To do that, you should sand down the scratch, get all the sand/paint chips/dirt out, tape it off, and if its into the metal you may need a body compound as a filler, if not primer and paint.
