It's not hard, but I think you have to pull the bumper cover off. I'm not sure though. I know you have to to install the Saleen HIDs.

The only issue I know of with HID is that most kits do not have a High beam. Does anyone know if the factory HID on the 08 mustangs have a High beam Option? I was really interested in HID until I leaned for a high beam option they are like 300.00. I figure my high beams are as bright as a low beam HID kit.

I dont use my Highbeams,...so its pointless for me to even get a dual beam kit.

Does any one else know if you need a special relay in order to use these?? anything special needed at all???

True, I rarely use my high beams, however living in utah I always find myself driving through canyons where there are no lights except your vehicles and the moon. yet plenty of animals.

idk about the newest mustangs, but for the edges, people recommend removing the bumper to install the hid paks so they are hidden

ok idk if anyone has bought hids from this message yet or not, but xenoneyes.com is more whole sale for distribution then anything else now. id now look into hidxenonheadlights.com for any make and model. i think cheaper with smaller ballasts.
