Headlight

What is the best way to get foglights clean? Mine have fogged up and I have seen products online and watnot that claim that you can wipe on some cleaner and wipe it off and they will look good as new but it seems taht if they fog it would be on the inside not the outside. I would guess that the cleaner would be a good way to get rid of scratches, but not really help fix the problem. If you guys could give me a hint on how to take the light apart and put it back together again and clean it i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

if it is on the outside clean with acetone , if it is on the inside,

bake in over at 450 for 10 mins
unclip lenses and slowly pull away from houseing
clean lenses throughly
replace lenses to houseing and snap in all clips
back at 450 for 10 more minutes
apply even pressure across lense to reseal factory sealant

This recently happened to me. As they said above, bake it for a few mine and it will pop right off, use some acitone, and back it a few more minutes and gently apply preesure to push it back on

you have to dissolve some of the plastic, thats why you use acetone since it is a mold that is fogging up your headlight it is meshed with the plastic
