i had this problem when i got mine (smoked take-offs from a GT) and found a fix by heating them in the oven and then putting waterproof silicone around the seams. it worked the first time on my passenger side, but the driver side has been redone 3 times now and it still keeps coming back every time it rains or gets humid for a day or so. its driving me up the wall. i even tried filling up the wholes where the little rubber elbow tubes were and they still do it every time. there are no cracks in the lenses and there is no air leak around the bulb connections as far as I can tell.
good luck with yours, hope its not as much hassle as mine have been.

I used an old metal cookie sheet (when I was pulling them apart). I had to do them one by one but it worked in the end. You're just putting them in the oven to get all the water out of them. If they are already completely dry, just RTV the seams.
