Neon Underglow

Hey, I have installed a red neon underbody kit on my car and I would just like your opinions on how it looks, and also what are your opinions on neon installed on mustangs. In my opinion it just seems like more of a tuner car thing, but I still think it looks nice on my car.

lol, thats all true. and it too me its just not something most people would think of being on a mustang. but i still think it looks nice. i haven't seen anyone on this forum with neon yet so thats why i was asking. i am a fan of both performance and visual parts. i was planning on getting true duals as soon as i got the $, but i think i would rather save my money and trade my car in for a manual.

waste of money...........if ur law is like it is here u can only turn them on while ur parked or something like that,if u cant use it while ur driving then its worthless...and its kinda ricey

Actually, yes I am, I am a senior and i'm also taking a course at the technical career center.

I'm not entirely sure, I've heard that I can and also that I can't. There is only one cop in the area where I live and I've met him before, he doesn't care if I have my subs up, drive with my neon on, or speed. (but its not just me, really anybody he knows, lol) unless someone complains to him about it. (btw, i live in a small town) As for where everything is at in the city, i've heard that the cops don't say anything about the neon unless its after 12p.m. I haven't been pulled over yet.

I like how your car looks, i debated on getting blue, but decided red would probably look better on my car. (although if my car was black, i would def. go with blue, i love that look!)

not a fan of them, but if you like it and it's tasteful, fuck it, go for it bro. my car gets attention in other ways, and that makes me happy. to each his own, i say...

Not a big fan of them. If there done right where it is not spotty under the car, then yeah maybe there alright, but it is your car you do what you think looks good. You have to live with it everyday.

ok, sorry about that! and this is the only way i could think about doing it, you can see larger pics of them in my garage. btw, it looks better in person and at night, the pictures don't do the neon justice, the color is a little bit off. if i take them when its any darker, the car doesn't show up.

glad u like them,my wife had me put some on the inside of the car under the dash,but if she only knew that the law will pull u over an give u a ticket for it she wouldnt have begged me to do it,she like them, not a fan here

I went through a kinda ricey phase like 5 yrs ago and bought an underbody kit for my 95 talon. I kept the lights when I got rid of that car. One day, I was bored as hell and wanted to do something so I threw the lights on the mustang.

Me and my friends find them funny as hell since they are l.e.d.s and have like 8 colors and strobe/rotate/fade and other stuff.

I would NEVER, NEVER turn them on in public. They are ricey and don't impress anyone who doesn't have a honda.

i have them on my eclipse, but its white, i liked the white look more than flashing red or fading green, but i do believe in MS you cant have them on, but in MO you can, so thats where i lived when i installed them, wish i would not have wasted the money now
