Blackout Lights Legal In California?
I was thinking about tinting my headlights and tail lights and was wondering if anybody knows if it is legal in California.

Technically speaking, I don't think they're legal anywhere unless it's offroad use. If it's just tinted then you should be OK, I think what matters is how much light shines through.
