Water in Headlights

I just got some black headlights from Ebay. The bulbs fit in them but not VERY secure( VVME HID kit). I am getting bad moister and water buildup in the passenger side, and some in the driver side.

The passenger turn signal is lose, could this be my problem? I cant get it to secure because part of the tab on the housing is broke that holds it in.

Whats the best way to get these bulbs to fit good and keep the water out? Keep in mind its HID bulbs, so I cant use the retainng clip that screws on. Thanks !

a thin ring of silicone sealant? might make it a bitch to take them off, but it should hold them in good and snug as well as seal it all up for ya.

Tryed it on the HID, and it gets to hot. It made it smoke inside the headlight.

As for the turn signal, I could try doin that. I think putting a good layer of liquid electrical tape all around it would work good to.
