If so which, and what center caps should I buy to go with them?

They never came stock.

No they never came stock on any production stang. They were on a mustang race car (for what series I forget) That mustang "dubed" the FR500 had its wheel base stretched about 5 inches I think to improve handeling. I have forgotten all the nice specs of the race car now But it was a high HP racer never in production. I remember seeing the pics of it and thinking it was bad ass and wish still I could stetch my wheel base like that one. The extra length was added between the front of the doors and front wheels. It looked sharp!
