Paint issue
My car is black. There are quite a few scratches, and a spot on the hood where the paint is all messed up. Should I just get the whole car painted, or can I get away with having someone just fix the spots that need it?

Find someone who is actually good with a buffer. I dont know what your car looks like, but if its not that bad, save the money, get the whole thing buffed and polished. If it shines up real nice, you wont even pay attention to the scratches as the reflection blinds you!

Re ainting your whole car is not going to be cheap. it depends on how deep your pockets are and how much you really want to spend. I say just fix what needs to be fixed

lol, really come on now, what kind messed up are we talking about? you know it's just gonna get fucked up anyway with rock chips and shit unless you never drive it... if it's really noticeable then just repaint the part
