Which clay-bar?

Good Evening Gang!

My buddy just used a clay bar & this g6 came out AWESOME. Decided to crack down, and spend a day detailing.

My question is...which is the best clay bar to use? Is there honestly a big difference between them?

He used Meguiar's, in a kit that came with the spray detailer & a polishing rag. However, I read online that Zaino makes the best clay bar...period. Until I found another post that says Blackfire puts up a great fight.

I love being able to run to the store & buy any products I need. However, if a product is really THAT good to wait for it to be delivered, etc...let me know!

I did do a search, I just didn't find anything related to my question of comparing different clay bars.

Thanks a ton

I've used Meguiar's and Mother's. I prefer Meguiar's though. The paint seemed smoother and the wax was easier to buff out after.

But I'd go for Zaino, only heard GREAT things...

I like clay magic (the blue one) the best. The only other brand I have used is Meguiar's, but the Clay Magic bar was ALOT better than that one.

Meguiers or Mothers would be fine. I get one from our supplier at work that is foam, and has a rubber like surface. What is nice with this one is that if you drop it, you can just wash it off. Unlike a clay bar, if you drop it and get dirt in it, you have to trash it.

I have used Mother's. It comes with the spray and a cleaner wax. But I recommend Meguiar's.
