White Streaks?

I Have what appears to be white streaks on the edges of parts of the car. It came that way when I baught it 2 months ago from Texas. In one area specifically its like its built up into a crystalized type of substance and just chillin there, as you can see in the second picture. I don't know how good these pictures will help, but we'll see.

Does anyone have any reccomendations as to what would best get rid of it? I noticed it will kind of scratch off with a cloth but that didnt seem like the best way to do it, as it still left a small mark.

Any ideas?

it's wax. a clay bar will take care of that.

That works out well, I have some claybar yet to be used! That's what I figured I would need, just figured I'de make sure first.

not a problem.
it's a common thing to see that when someone does a cheap wax job.
