Coin Holder Switches..
I've installed subs as well as a set of LED's over the past few months, so I decided to install a kill switch for both...
![]() I ordered a coin delete from ebay which ended up being too difficult to manipulate. So I traced the figure onto the bottom of an aluminum can & went to the grinding wheel. The shape came out great, but the quality is pretty bad. Either way, it was a fun weekend project! On a side note, does anyone know of a shop/person that would be capable of drilling out two significant size holes from a coin delete? The piece I have now is pretty dented...and needs to eventually be replaced. Or how about a material that would be thin enough to look good in that small gap, but be strong enough to withstand denting/warping? Thanks!

drill the holes before you cut the piece out. it'll make it a lot easier to drill and you probably won't eff it up as much. i think it' looks fine like it is though
![]() and, use some ABS plastic. it won't dent like aluminum.

LOL, thats the criticism I got all weekend. "Dude, whats the point?" Meh, down the road I can have it turn on my amps AND my n02...make for a rocking good time!
Good idea on drilling it before I cut it out. "Do you know what I did this summer!?"...kinda weird you knew what I did. lmao

yea i put my subs hook up and LED lights switches right in the coin holder holes too. Works like a charm and is perfect spot for the switches.
