Need help/suggestions for getting my new car shine back

Does anyone know of a way or product that will bring back my "new car shine" to my cobra. The air over here in bahrain is really sandy and salty and it is just wearing down on the paint. Labor is really cheap over here so i wanna get it done b4 i bring the car back to the states in a few months. So if anyone knows of any products or ways to get that shine back to make the paint look new let me know! Thanks
