Do you get dumb remarks too

Ok I kinda "hate" explaining to dumb none mustang owner what the deal is with my mach 1 delete kit. I always get the, "where is your grill?" remarks and when I answer, that is my grill its called the delete grill, they come back with "geez, it was just a question. " Oh and what I hate the most is when someone says, "why did you get rid of the honeycomb grill I like it better" or "why dont you just get a billet grill? " HATE THAT SHIT! sorry, Im venting.

not that there is anything wrong with those grills or any other grill, its just not my style

i had one of my neighbors ask me what happened to the original grill about a year and a half after i put in the grille delete. i just told him i replaced it with the grille delete. he agreed with me that it looked better. he thought someone had stole the original grille or something...

My neighbors always make comments like I should buy a subaru. They say that i always have my hood up and have problems, which isnt true. I just tinker with it and make changes and mod upgrades. Those who dont know stangs around here think it is a piece of shit...those who know what my car is love it.

well one time i was at a gas station.. and i was fillin up and my car is obnoxiously loud.... so i pull up to this guy drivin a toyota prius.. wearing a boy scout father uniform. with his son.. stops what he is doin.. and yelled at me ranting... sayin im the reason tress and being torn down.. and why the o zone is de pleating or somee shit.., and the reason for the high gas prices...
me and this guy next to me with a f250 lifted. look at each other.. and i laugh.. and
Said Hey thanks buddy ur makin gas cheaper for me! reved up and left..!

wow... what's wrong with someone asking a question about your car, or giving your car a compliment? ok, so somebody doesn't know that you can get a grill delete kit? why jump down their throats, it takes less time to correct them than it does to bitch about it on a forum. everybody needs to start somewhere, nobody is born with all kinds of car knowledge.
