confused about hoods

yeah it will scrap on pretty much any speed bump and what not. ive got side exhaust and i scrap everywhere.

yea, i might just deal with it, i really want side exhaust...

any way, i still dont know bout the hood i would like to get a ram air, like the mach, but i got 160k miles and i think thats too many to do a upgrade like that, plus i will be putting in a v8 this winter, and it will be carborated. whats the BEST hood for a carburated engine?

imo there isnt a best hood, its all about what you want it to look like.

oh and as long as the hood clears the engine.

theres a bunch of different kits. the best thing to do is just search and see what you like and what the best price you can find is.

my first guess is they smaked a scoop on a cowl hood. it is too easy to do but I have never seen a cowl hood with that dip in the center so it;s hard to call. doesnt look bad but it does leave me 50/50 when deciding like or dislike. credits for being different-that alone gets it some points

only have a six with a cowl, i dunno, i just think its weird..

its not a roush hood. and yeah i agree it looks good on them.
