I would assume it to be expensive and for it to be done by a professional. You might have trouble trying to find someone who would be willing to do it. Obviously it is a 100% custom job...

Yeah some people think it would look weird. I think it would look awkward at first, but I'd get over it soon and be like "wow, that's badass"

Yeah, I've had no complaints or anything. I love it. It's well worth the investment.

Well if i was going to do it, the easiest thing to do would be to find a roof section at a junkyard from a year that has t-tops in it and cut your roof off and replace it with the donor roof.

And yes it would really need to be done by someone that knows exactly what they are doing because when you cut a roof off you have to do alot of bracing on the inside so your body doesnt get warped when the roof is off. The roof on unibodies are a VERY improtan part of the structural integrity. Unless we are talking about verts, but they have all the reinforcing it needs from the factory, wich is why it is so much heavier than a coupe.

True. Or you could buy a cobra that has "shiney" rims to begin with lol

I just reread the original post and for some reason when i made my first post i thought he was talking about a fox body.

But on a car that doesnt come factory with t-tops, it would be a tricky thing to do. It can be done, but you would need to make all your stuff from scratch.

Unless you find a kit for it.
