help me out guys

I just got back home and I am going to buy new wheels. I am stuck between the bullitts and the FR500s. They will be black. I want deep dish in the back.

here is what I want

18x10 deep dish in the back, and 18x9 in the front if I get the FR500s.

It I get the bullitts I want 18x10 deep dish in the back and 17x9 in the front. How do you think it would look with 18s in the back and 17s in the front??? Will I need spacers for the back??? Any one have pictures of their wheels???

I agree with this. And i think the bullitts look alot better IMO but, it seems like everyone has a set of black bullitts. I used to have a set until i got my drag lites. But a lot of people have fr500s also now also.

Its a tough choice cause i like them both, but i am biased towards one so i say BULLITTS FTW. I did not need a spacer on my back but did have a about a 1/2 inch spacer on the front. Which honestly i didnt know were on there until i got my draglites, because my bullitts were on my car when i bought her.

Hi there! I've got the FR500 18x9 on the front and the 18x10 on the back...They're the chrome ones but I've seen the black chrome on a black car and it looks wicked! IMO Bullitt's are over done - look great - but I wanted something a little different...

Anyway, here's how mine looks - I will be lowering it to close that gap in the wheel well in the spring...

very nice travis! I might have to get 10.5 in the back now LOL. Did you have to put any spacers on?? Do you think it would really make a difference if I put 18s in the back and 17s in the front???

I didnt have spacers in the back but there were about 1/2" spacers in the front. IMO i would put 17s in back and front, but what it comes down to is what YOU like, ya know. Its your car, and you need to be happy with it, i just think it will look wierd with 17 in font and 18 in back. I would have to see a picture of them on a mustang.

Yeah I have been looking for pictures lol, I work on a lot of older cars that put bigger wheels in the back, but not sure how it would look on mine. I allready have 17x9s on mine thats why I am not sure if I will need spacers.

I love the 18x10 dd in back and 17x9 in the front. It gives her a good mean stance

Well it also depends on what lowering kits you have. You could have a kit that lowers more in the front (to make up that extra inch from the 17's) and then a normal drop in the back to keep the 18's at a normal level. do you know what I mean? I think i'm doing a shitty job of explaining it. If you have a lowering kit that drops the same in the back and the same in the front then obviously you're going to have an extra inch in the front compared to the back because of the smaller rim in the front

nope it isn't mama

that's why there are such big gaps on it silver.

one of my next mods will be drag springs. I have draglites now with 15x10s in the back with 325/50 tires on them. and 15x4 in the front with little bitty tires.

the rear wheel well is pretty filled up now and it has a little more rake to her.
