Blue headlights?
Im guessing maybe the HID kits? Is that how you would adjust your headlights to have them throw out the blue tint?

Headlight Fever
You are going to need to run different temperature. Ha, Ha!
 Look on Ebay, Learn what you can, and run down to the automotive store so you won't be paying extra for postage. Don't forget to ask them a few questions too!

They make replacement bulbs only filled with xenon instead of halogen and they have a blue tint. I had them in my prelude and they looked really nice.
HIDs are likely to get you pulled over, much less likely to be pulled over with just bulbs. And HIDs blind oncoming traffic which would make me mad. |

meh HIDs will get you pulled over if your an asshole who points them up in traffics eye's otherwise the cops have other things to do. i've been pulled over many of times and nothing said.
