new paint

hey guys im going to be putting new velocity fenders and a new y2k hood on my 1996 mustang gt which a kind of dark green..i dont know whether or not to go back on with the original color or go with a blue color..but im asking is because i dont want it to have that orange peel look where it looks dull..green is just not a great color to show off your car and im not painting it red so i can start getting tickets same with yellow to...but anyways the hood im getting and fenders are white i dont want those to be lighter or darker then my car also..i want it all to match,,,

if you get a good paint job & you blocksand & buff the paint you wont get that hazy orange peel look, you'll get a smooth as glass look!!! plus it will be cheaper on you to go back to the original color because you wont have to paint the door jams!!!

i did all my own body work & prep & ran outta time on my leave to paint it so i sent it over to one of my good friends to spray it.. he only charged me like 600, but i had already bought all the supplies, ie. tape, paper, sealer, paint, clear, hardener, reducer, sandpaper buffing wheels, buffing compounds..

all in all, to get it where it sits today cost me right around 2 grand!
