Looking for Cowl Panel for 99-04 (new or used)

The cowl panel is the black plastic piece between the windshield and the hood, the one which the wipers are mounted on top of.

I had an unfortunate incident with my car getting damaged in valet, and am looking for a replacement now. I don't want to pay Ford's $167 asking price.

How did your car get damamged in valet?

How did you get the $167 quote? Calling the dealership?

While I was in New Orleans, It looks like a concrete block or something fell on (or was thrown at) my car while it was in valet, as there was a chalky mark all around the crack in the cowl panel. It left a 5" crack, which later turned to a 4" hole while I was pushing on it to show someone. I'm lucky it didn't fall 5 or 6 inches to the front or back, I would have had a fucked hood or a fucked windshield.

I had to get a quote for the company that runs the valet, so I took it to a Ford dealership. They quoted me $167 for the part + $45 labor + tax, it came out to $231.88. Of course, I'm not gonna pay someone to install such a simple part... it's literally a 15 minute installation, if that.

If I find a place that sells them cheap, I'll be sure to let you know.

Tousley Ford in Minnesota? That's what google gave me. 10-20% would be awesome since there are a few things I need to order.
