Try www.KarKraft.com this guy get his stuff straight from some hookup at Ford, he is honest and has pretty good pricing.

another option is Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market I bought a used long block using that site...its just a listing of boneyards. Most boneyards have a 30 day warranty, some offer longer for $ if there were to be a problem, you would need to pull it and bring it back to them...they dont cover installation costs.

I Have a Used 04 GT motor and 5spd.trans they both have 7500 miles on them it just doesnt have a/c make me an offer
