Modded Mustangs member Timothy Singleton, aka White99stang, recently competed at Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords “Street Legal Stick-Shift Shootout”, which printed in this month’s July 2007 issue. Tim has worked very hard modifying his pony, and has been a member of the forum since it’s beginning back in 2005 (seems like so long ago).
A few weeks back we received an email from Michael G. Adkins, a 1st Sgt. for the Caswell Co. Sheriff’s Office in Yanceyville, North Carolina. This isn’t the first D.A.R.E. car we’ve covered (remember the BUSTang?), but out of respect for authority (I wasn’t going that fast officer, honest!), and in hopes of scoring some brownie points with the local law enforcement, we’re gonna do another.
It’s been a while, in fact too long, since we’ve done a featured ride. While we’ve been careful not to hold ourselves to any certain schedule, something on at least a monthly basis (or better) would be ideal. With the recent edition of turp as the new editor of this column, more rides will likely grace our homepage. So, without further ado…
