Shelby GT500 40th Anniversary Edition
Shelby Automobiles is marking the 40th anniversary of the Shelby GT500 Mustang with a limited-edition package that includes performance upgrades and exterior modifications. The introduction of the anniversary package at SEMA coincides with the launch of the new Shelby Modification Center at the company’s headquarters.


As a direct result of more than a year’s worth of testing, research and development for the ROUSH Competition Line of performance parts, the company has decided to take the next step and offer a complete race-ready Drag Pack Mustang that can roll from the street to the strip.
Cragar is showing they make more than just wheels with this 70′s era inspired ponycar. In an attempt at getting into the tuner business, they’ve struck a deal with Ford to sell these cars new – right off the dealership floor.
When most people think of Maaco, a few words come to mind… accident, insurance, two-hundred dollar paint jobs, etc. Tony Martino, Maaco’s founder and CEO, wants to change that – and he’s off to a good start with their Medusa Mustang.
It seems like every month another limited edition Mustang tuner is found, this time it’s A.J. Foyt’s “Coyote Edition”. This car is being marketed by Heritage Customs out of Arlington Texas, and they’ve slated 500 to be built by special order.
