it would increase more than 200, it also depends on the turbo you use
and a FMIC is a front mount intercooler

i weld one together out of 3" metal tubing and use an intercooler from a stock turbo car that has one or buy one off ebay

no actually its not, i know a guy who built a 9 second thunderbird for under $600, its called Junkyard (DIY) turbo builds and are pretty common, if you go on TurboMustangs.com you will see

yea but u gotta kno how to weld and use the tools, not to mention actually hav a welder and the tools on hand. that and the space to work on it. which most ppl dont
