Awesome awesome thread! Ive been an aircraft mechanic since 2009 with the Air Force and currently in school for my A&P license for the civillian side. Reading this literally felt like I was reading one of my textbook chapters for aircraft aerodynamics(way less in detail and depth obviously) but just amazing. Look forward to reading more and possibly talking with you sometime about this!

very interesting thread...

sometimes i drive on our race tracks. the 2008 gt is lowered by KW suspensions (best brand in europe and same like st-suspensions i think) and its great. very stable in corners. the hankook evo s1 are awesome....if anyone search for new tires. the aerodynamic of the 2013 gt500 is very good. no trouble at topspeed . but you can feel that he caves in sharp corners. so i need to lower him.

i dont want to change the adjustable bilstein suspension for a not adjustable one. does anyone have some experiences with springs for it? and does anyone know some splitter kits for the underbody?

I'm glad this got bumped. It was a good read, and great info whiskey. I feel like I can use most if not all this info on my new edge.
