I put one on last year-Made a huge improvement. Much smoother shifting and easier to hit them. The shifter just has a much better feel to it. I have not noticed any NVH increase at all. I think the trick is the final positioning. Super easy install too. I have the stock shifter. Best bang for buck mod I have done!

2014 5.0 w/TrackPack, AirRaid CAI, Bama V2, Magnaflow Street ABs, BMR LCA, Relo, Adj. UCA & Mount, Adj. Watts Link, A-Arms, Handling Springs. Koni Yellows with GC Plates.
