520 hp out of an N/A 331?

Looking at this 85 GT its got a custom nitrous cam, 185 alum race heads h beam rods, steel crank, ,31 spline axles, 373 gears, c6 with trans brake good for 1000hp, 3.73's 28x9.0 15 slicks. He says it makes 520 RWHP on motor and runs in mid 10's on motors and mid 9's on spray. Seemed like high numbers to me, but is it possible?

I wish 520rwhp was possible with the stock block and 185 heads......

Yes, it IS possible, technically...But you would need a lot of money into a reallllyyy good top end for it and a lot of money in the oiling system.

N/A or N2O Iron headed SBF coming summer 2015....Long ass build
