A9L computer question

I plan on doing a maf conversion on my 87 notch. Just bought an A9L computer. Will the a9l plug right in?

I know I need a meter and the small conversion wire

Yes it will plug in, but you will have to add a conversion harness like the one listed below. I've did several, and its pretty simple. Good luck.

easier to just buy an 89 engine harness. Any computer 89-93 will work on a mass air swap. Even the auto computers run pretty decent with a 5-speed car. If you are swapping in the mass air wiring to your existing harness you have to take the plug apart and move some pins around..
