Pulleys

I am going to order motoblues pulley kit for my 02 GT and besides slowing down accesories, how else does it effect them. ex it slows the alternator down, so is it harming the alt or no? Would anyone reccomend not getting them?

i have the Steeda U/D pulleys and I don't notice any bog down or difference with any of my accessories. They really give a lot of robbed power back to the motor. I would get the pulleys, more than likely you wont have problems.
good luck

I have never had any charging or cooling problems. I'm using the piggyback style ones though. They turned out to be a easy install (need an impact wrench for the alternator) and gave a noticable power increase in the higher rpm's

It doesn't harm the alternator, in fact it decrease stress on these parts. I do not recommend piggy back style. Motoblue or Steeda are a good choice.

On steeda's site it doesn't say HP or torque gains, just looks like there selling for underhood appearance. Any links to the right one?
