Stock Mustang GT fuel pump/tank

At what point, HP-wise, does the stock fuel pump (sans BAP) take a dump? At some point I'm sure I'd replace it with a Cobra tank and better pump, but when does that become a necessity? Post-300whp? 350?

Searching the forums turned up flow numbers for the different pumps, but I'm not familiar with how to translate flow numbers into more understandable numbers for a layman.

Thanks. What if I use a BAP? Although, maybe spinning the pump past its typical comfort zone isn't such a hot idea.
