And matter of fact, didn't you just mention how you bought a stalled, bolt on, cammed (I think you said cammed too?) LS1. You wouldn't have a clue what the stall RPM on it is unless you asked the previous owner, or tested it yourself. Bought not built ehh?

Try to be a little nicer next time. Not everyone (Even though I'm doing it) is going to start out with either a slow, or POS car, and build it into something special. It's just not everyone's thing. This guy obviously had the cash to pick up something that seems fairly well built already.
My corvette has longtubes and a stall. It has stock mufflers, stock interior, stock everything

Wait im sorry it doesnt have the orginal battery so i guess thats not stock.

I bought a vortech charged cobra and it was stupid. Shit was hacked up and took me half the winter to fix it.

So with my 199.99 sears tool kit and cherry picker from the neighbor. I torn out the motor, tore down the longblock, bought a shortblock, assembled it, dropped the motor back in, painted my hood, trunk and side skirts at my work, put in a whole new rear end etc.

If the dude has time to go run 9s at the track then he has time to turn a wrench and save himself 5 grand and learn something. Problem with america is everyone wants it now and is to lazy to do it themselves. I dont give a shit if he paid to have it built. I simply was curious if he bought it or built it. It was a question not an insult. Grow up.

Yeah, I'm really the one who needs to grow up. These are the words of someone who truly needs to grow up.

You probably did some nice work too. Still doesn't give you the right to go around with that attitude. And sure it was a question, a question that was phrased in a fairly insulting manner.

Doesn't make anyone more or less of a person if they do their own work. I had a couple friends pull my 350 out, then tore it down myself just out of curiosity since it had a bad bottom end knock when I last had it running in '09. That's something any builder around me would have done for free if I went to them for a build. Didn't make me handy-man-god to go into the guts of an engine.

Oh, grow up. That one really hurt my feelings.

Correct, it was a question. We're past this, I believe we both comprehend it. A question that was asked with a pretty nasty attitude, phrased in a pretty insulting manner.

I have to thank you though, venom. Now when I get back into bikes this summer/fall and I'm on the market for an R1, I'll have to make sure it's bone stock. If someone threw on a couple slip-on cans, a filter, and a power commander, it's bought not built. Which will automatically make me a little sissy who does not know how to turn a wrench.

your not getting it. Buying a 9 second car is different from buying a bolt on intake car. Way to blow that out of proportion.

Thanks for telling me what my post ment. I really had no idea the intention i ment by that. But according to you i was trying to insult him. Thanks man, i really wasnt sure what i was trying to do. Your the man.

PM me if youd like to continue to bicker. No one needs to read this crap.

Blah blah blah. Come on, don't act like a baby over it. You knew what you're saying. I'm pretty sure we're all big boys on here. No need to have that shitty attitude. I know, though. Just a question.

How stupid are you?

How ugly are you?

How poor are you?

Those are questions too. Just very rude to ask. I think (Well you probably already have) you'll get the point now. All will be fine. Lemme rephrase that. No one needs to read your crap. It was rude to even ask a question like that.

Some how these questions are similar to asking if someone installed there own mods or not

Dont tell me the attitude of my post. Your interruption means nothing. You didnt type/say it so its impossible for you to know its tone.

Don't feel too dumb. It was fairly dumb to begin with. Some remarks (questions) piss me off even when they're not directed at me.

Nice avi BTW. Made me lol.

Hey, I was one of those asshole newbies talking big at one point. Not ashamed to admit it. I think my first post was about a 4v head swap to run a termi upper. And I'm kind of on my way to that.

...except a hell of a lot bigger and badder. Of course it's still not done. Fucking work.

Also I'm interested as to why the OP is staying 2v? If you've got the scratch to go big, wouldn't a 4v setup be worth the investment?

You ran your meatwrapper pretty good there. Coming to an argument that died down, only to comment about someone being annoying.

Yeah but see, I couldn't care less about that, you were doing something constructive. WhiteVenom has also done some very impressive work, so I respect him in that aspect, just not his attitude. Now this little mf whatever asshole comes along talking smack. His mother needs to limit his interwebz use time. Maybe he has a crush on Shelley and didn't like the fact that I complimented her avitar? Who knows....
