Since you were looking for a crate motor I'm assuming you bought the long block. What compression ratio did you get?

ProCharger P-1SC, 9 psi, STD 396/383; Uncorrected 388/375; SAE 383/370.

If you go to the MMR website in your link and click on shortblocks you will find your motor's shortblock on sale for $2699.

Usually, supercharged high rwhp + 4.10 gears = traction problems. I remember a post a long time ago from someone that was running around 460-470 rwhp with 4.10s. He reported the car going sideways around corners and when he passed cars. You will need good throttle control and drag radials.

Yes, $2700 would be the SHORTBLOCK only. What you paid sounds spot on.

I was running a V1 S-trim at 11.5psi, full exhaust, hp 292 cams, stock heads and intake with a proffesional products TB/Plenum combo and 3:73's. I made 515 with this combo.

Camera in vette me in the middle cobra on my right.

Never I have an Automatic 4R70W feels just right!! I can even still cruise the interstate and be comfortable. NOW with that being said the 5.0 I just bought a few months ago has a 5 speed and 410 gears WAY TO MUCH i will be stepping those down to 355 gears very soon.
